Review the Etherscan trx for your purchase. Click on ‘View your transaction’.
Under the Overview tab, review the ‘From:’ & ‘Interacted With (To):’ section:
In this example ‘Yellow error’ Etherscan trx, one of the NFTs was not purchased. In this case a refund was made and read as follows (also highlighted in the screenshot):

💡 Because one of the NFTs was not purchased, 0.19 Eth was not used and was sent back to the address 0x6f9c8dcf20cd691a1f1944d28b3f63131f67ccb1 which is the address of the Gem user.
In this example ‘Red error’, the complete transaction failed and in some cases money may have been used to cover gas fees. If you encounter this type of error, please report it in the Support channel in Discord.
